This year’s event will be held on October 10th at the Eugene M Hughes Metropolitan Complex at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.
The 2025 conference theme is “Confronting Headaches Head On: Migraines and Beyond”, and we are thrilled to be able to host the event in person this year. This conference offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricacies of migraines and headaches. Discover evidence-based solutions in a comprehensive, patient-centered approach. Deepen clinical knowledge of headache disorders and improve patient assessment skills. Listen to presentations on recent studies surrounding solutions and offer new treatment options. In addition to supporting continuing education, this event will empower nurses to become stronger advocates for patients and improve patient care.

Call for Poster Abstracts
The Kansas State Nurses Association is seeking poster abstracts from Kansas nurses and student nurses for their 2025 Fall Conference & Membership Assembly in Wichita on October 10, 2025. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your research, evidence-based practice or quality improvement to nurses from across the state participating in the event. Topics pertaining to clinical practice, patient education, or current trends in nursing/healthcare are encouraged. Both specialty and general nursing topics will be considered.
Accepted abstracts will be featured as poster presentations and at a minimum, the primary author will be present at the fall conference for questions/feedback during the poster viewing sessions. Primary author(s) must register for and be present at the fall conference. Any co-authors who wish to be in attendance, facilitating discussion at their poster, must also register for the conference.

The Kansas State Nurses Association would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2025 KSNA Fall Conference & Membership Assembly. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to network with nurses from across the state and we hope you will choose to join us. On behalf of Kansas Nurses, we appreciate your consideration and would be honored to receive your support through participation as a vendor!
Exhibits will be held on October 10. Attendees will have scheduled times to visit exhibits throughout the day, consisting of a special time prior to the start of the program, networking breaks, and around the luncheon.
Who will be in Attendance?
Kansas RNs and nursing students from all four corners of the state are invited to participate at this year’s event giving you an opportunity to market your product, service or event to nurses from a variety of practice settings and educational levels. We hope you will choose to support our event!

The deadline to register is September 1, 2025. Exhibit space is limited, so please notify us of your intent to exhibit as soon as possible so we may reserve a table for you.
Refund/Cancellation Policy – Exhibitor/Sponsor fees, less a $100.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to exhibitors who cannot attend and notify the Kansas State Nurses Association/Midwest MSD office in writing of the cancellation before September 1, 2025. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2025.
HOTEL
Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Kansas State Nurses Association at Aloft in Wichita for October 9 at a rate of $134 King/$139 Double plus taxes.

DISCLOSURES
Successful Completion – Attendees must participate in all of the educational sessions and complete the online conference evaluation to receive a certificate of completion. The link to the online evaluation will be emailed to participants (to the email address provided at registration) upon conclusion of the activity.
Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive 4.25 contact hours.
Relevant Financial Relationships – Laurel Short serves as a consultant and is on the speakers bureau for Abbvie Inc. All relevant financial relationships for this individual have been mitigated. No other relevant financial relationships were identified for any members of the planning committee or presenter.
ACCREDITATION
4.25 contact hours are available to those who meet the successful completion requirements.
The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
What is the Midwest Multistate Division? The Kansas State Nurses Association, Missouri Nurses Association and Nebraska Nurses Association formed a collaborative, namely the Midwest Multistate Division (Midwest MSD), with the goal of promoting efficiencies and growth. As part of this collaborative, the Midwest MSD Professional Development Unit (PD Unit) was formed, which is accredited as an ANCC approver and provider of NCPD, to address the educational needs of nurses in the Midwest region.
